Dissolve the contents of each Dioralyte relief sachet in 200ml water. For adults and children over one year of age use fresh drinking water. For babies under one year of age, or if fresh drinking water is not available, use 200ml of freshly boiled and cooled water to dissolve each sachet. (Don't boil the made-up solution). Dioralyte can be taken by most people, including women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, elderly people, children and babies. However, it's not suitable for:
