To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Pippa is an aspiring musician who travelled with her musician boyfriend who gaslit her and broke her self-confidence in her talent. While the relationship might be ‘fake’ on paper, it never is for Rory, who’s pined after Hazel ever since she tutored him back in high school. This is the correct listing: http Hello, there are currently 2 listings for my book, 1 under my name and 1 under another author with the same pen name.

Not only did I have the best experience beta reading, but the characters were so relatable and realistic while also being so swoony and fluffy. Working as an assistant for an NHL player was supposed to be a breeze, but nothing about Jamie Streicher is easy.the characters were likeable and cute together, but it wasn’t any of those characters you’ll remember for the rest of your life, but that’s good too sometimes, they can’t all be nesta archeron's and dante maroni’s. Pippa finds herself working as a personal assistant to Jamie Streicher a famous hockey goalie who she went to high. The grumpy x sunshine from the beginning finally turned into sunshine on more sunshine and I am so here for it. Said tension leads to lots of unspoken feelings, cute dogs, bad ex-boyfriends, and a scene involving a sex toy that will have you needing a cold shower.

I’ve really enjoyed Stephanie Archer’s books in the past, and overall I liked this one, though it wasn’t always easy. Jamie’s issues with his mum felt so real and I appreciated the trigger warnings at the beginning of the book. if you enjoy hockey romances, spice, a protective MMC, and the grumpy x sunshine trope, please read this. I adored Jamie, he was such an amazing support to Pippa to make sure she begins to believe in herself again. i did enjoy this because all i needed was a hockey romance with a little spice and spice i definitely got, but if you’re looking for something more and deeper than that this book won’t satisfy you, but i’d still recommend if you’re in the mood for a cute, spicy, easy read.on day one, you knock on his door only for it to be the hockey god you crushed on in high school who seemingly has no idea who you are and is not happy you're here.

plus i also want to give myself a break and not force reviews on books where i actually don’t have that much to say, because those reviews don't make me happy and most of it is just words and i'm just trying to fill out the review, but you’ll no longer be seeing me do that.I loved that there wasn’t a third act breakup, and focused more on two people working together to get their HEA. I honestly think that is enough reason to convince you to read it, if you are into sports romance/want to get into this PLS PLS READ IT!

the setting was fun, hockey and forest walks etc, loved the little community of his hockey team and her sister tooo.Pippa is starting over because of what her ex did, and Jamie is dealing with a lot of personal things off ice with his mom.
